If you are in the early stages of your career, a young leader, or an aspiring leader working to create change in the world, no matter how large or small, then I invite you to apply to this unique project which is testing a methodology designed to help create your foundation for success, transform your personal leadership and accelerate your vision.

At some level you know that you’re showing up differently than many of your colleagues, perhaps even your family and friends. You’re committed to a bigger vision and you see the world as being full of possibilities. You want to create positive change and create the life that you want, not simply live out a life that other people have designed for you. You keep being told you’re ‘young’, but you see this as an advantage, not as a reason to wait. You know that change can happen in a moment, and your moment is now.

You also feel as if you are the only person who can hear the narrative running in your head. Whether that’s a narrative about the future of your career, a narrative about how tomorrow’s meeting will go, or a narrative about what people around you think of the work you are doing, it feels (at times at least) as if you’re the only one who doesn’t seem have this all figured out, right? Well, that’s wrong, actually!

It’s easy to entangle your identity with the results of your work and therefore link success to forces outside you. It’s so common, in fact, that you probably don’t realise it’s happening — until it goes wrong and you (or someone you know) identifies themselves with failures they did not create. And yet you feel powerless and immobile against those forces — it feels like asking “how can I change the flow of the tide?”

There is, however, a way to see opportunity where others see only gloom and doom, a way to stay on top of the wave so to speak. This is what I want to explore with you.

If what I’ve written here resonates with you in any way at all; if you’re hungry to create a shift in perspective to create a shift in your results, then this could be perfect for you. The Future Leader’s Project could be your gateway to a different future.

I’m looking for people who are open to a deep-dive coaching conversation and then a follow-up call. Your commitment will be between three and four hours in total and we will focus on how to become the leader you aspire to be, and how to create significant change — both inside you and inside your organisation, your industry or the wider world.

There is no charge for participating in this project, although I might ask you to give back or pay it forward, depending on the nature of the work that we do. The first step is to fill out an application and the next is for us to have a conversation to see what we would achieve if we were to do this work together.

All applications are considered although an application is no guarantee of a place. I reserve the right to refuse your application for any reason, and for no reason — I may simply run out of time.
